Overiew of Lodha Genius :

A National Initiative to Nurture India’s Brightest Young Minds

The Lodha Genius is a fully funded, national-level academic initiative by the Lodha Foundation, designed to identify, support, and accelerate the growth of intellectually gifted and talented students across India.

The Lodha Genius is implemented in partnership with Ashoka University and the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, and aims to provide high-potential students with access to world-class learning, mentorship, and long-term academic support.

Who Can Apply

  • Students from Grades 8 to 12

  • Students must be enrolled in a recognized Indian school

  • Eligibility is determined as of May 2026

The Lodha Genius is open to students from all backgrounds, with a strong focus on identifying academic potential and intellectual curiosity, not just exam performance.

The Lodha Genius Offerings

1. LG–AUP (Lodha Genius – Ashoka University Programme)

  • Location: Sonipat, Haryana

  • Eligible Grades: 9 to 12 - as of May 2026

2. LG–IISER (Lodha Genius – IISER Pune Programme)

  • Location: Pune, Maharashtra

  • Eligible Grades: 8 to 10 - as of May 2026

Students are placed in the appropriate programme based on grade level and selection outcomes.

Residential Summer Programme (3–4 Weeks)

  • Advanced STEM courses taught by leading global faculty

  • Guest lectures by researchers and academicians

  • Hands-on learning activities and academic field visits

Year-long Continued Learning (Applicable for Ashoka University Programme)

  • Research internships

  • Certified STEAM courses

  • Olympiad preparation support

  • Leadership development and life-skills training

Lodha Genius Scholarship

  • Merit- and need-based financial support

  • For Lodha Genius alumni pursuing admission to top Indian or global universities.

Selection Process

The selection process is multi-stage and merit-based:

  1. Online Admissions Test

    • Date: 7 February 2026

    • Covers Mathematics, Science, and Values

  2. Shortlisting & Interviews

    • Conducted for candidates shortlisted based on test performance

Final selection is based on academic potential, problem-solving ability, and motivation.
